Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Allen Staple accepts returns when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. If you do not contact us within 14 days, no returns will be granted. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package will constitute an acknowledgment that the item was correct and in acceptable condition. If properly delivered, buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returned items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" in order to received a full refund. 

Unless seller is at fault, only the product cost, less shipping charges, will be refunded.

To reiterate, you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days or WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
